Ooty Flower Show 2016 commences from May 27, 2016

Much expected dates for the world popular Flower Show at Ooty Botanical garden for 2016 are finally announced. A 3 day annual flower show in Ooty is world famous and numerous tourists flock in these days every year.

Much expected dates for the world popular Flower Show at Ooty Botanical garden for 2016 are finally announced. A 3 day annual flower show in Ooty is world famous and numerous tourists flock in these days every year.

This is 120th flower show in Ooty. Nearly 15,000 flowers of various types are planned to display in the mega event which attracts lakhs of tourists across the country every year. Around 15 varieties of Dalia along with major other flowers will be displayed in the event.

Sim’s Park in Coonoor is ready for the 58th annual fruit show which will be starting from May 21st and ends at 22nd 2016.

The sad part is the annual vegetable and rose shows which usually falls in 1st and 2nd week of May are cancelled due to Tamilnadu election which falls on May 16th 2016.
